New fully-automatic workshops, the symbol of a new era
Hubei Yi-Ya Protective Products Co.,Ltd., had inaugurated its new era since 2021.
We moved to new workshop in Xiliuhe Town, covering an area of 40,000m2, Class 100,000 level production clean room.
Approved by quality assurance system ISO 13485 (TUV), with a complete set of certificate conformed to domestic and international standard: CE (EU MDR) issued by TUV, FDA 510K of Medical mask, Type 4/5/6 for coverall.
Well-equipped facilities in all workshops, total includes two big workshops: Facemask workshop, apparel workshop.
Facemask workshop includes 50 sets of fully-automatic facemask machine, with daily output up to 3 million pieces of mask. Besides, we invested high cost to equip automatic quality control device on assembly line, which could effectively low the defective rates.
Apparel workshop includes 60 sets of sewing and ultrasonic devices, with daily output up to 20,000 sets of isolation gowns and 10,000 sets of coverall.
